ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS COURSES
Learn how to adjust, edit and enhance your photos from a photographer's point of view. In these workshops, we will help you turn good photographs into great ones. The great French photographer said that photography was - “painting with light’ and whilst Photoshop Elements is a great tool for manipulating your images, there is no substitute for a well exposed and composed image straight from the camera.
Participants in all of our editing workshops will work on one of our laptop pc’s for the day and we will supply detailed notes for you to work from at home. Click here for an example.
PC and Mac Users
These workshops are suitable for both PC and Mac users. If you have your own laptop with either Elements or Photoshop loaded, you are welcome to bring it on the day. Please let your tutor know in advance.

REVIEWS
Just a note to say how much I enjoyed the course last week. It was incredibly helpful and told me enough to really make a difference. It was worth paying £65 just to learn how to crop properly! Of course I did learn a lot more besides - all useful.

" ..... just wanted to say thank you for the Photo Editing workshop at Hardwick the other week. You have a very good way of putting things across and take it at a nice easy pace. I got a lot out of it and have enjoyed playing around and enhancing some of my pics. I'm possibly looking at having some of them printed on a calendar for next year, just as gifts for friends and family. Keep spreading the word about your courses and perhaps next year, when I've built up a bit of confidence with Photoshop, I will see you again on one of your more advanced courses".

I really enjoyed the course yesterday and feel I have a much better "grounding" in the software now. You are very good at explaining things and I have already started trying things out. So thank you for a very good day of tuition.

Again, another fantastic course. It has really boosted my confidence using Photoshop tools. Rod explained all steps very clearly and in a logical order. I have just spent four hours this morning consolidating my knowledge and editing personal photos. I have revised cropping, rotating, removing red eye, removing blemishes, removing unwanted people and replacing them with background shrubbery, and produced vignettes. I have changed a beautiful photo of Ely cathedral with roses in the foreground - alas with a leaning tower - to a small cropped photo with upright tower, now appearing on one of my letterheads.
