One-to-One Experience Days London

Join one of our experienced Going Digital London tutors on a weekday One-to-One Photography Experience Day. Whether you are a beginner or you wish to improve your photography skills, we can offer a day based on our existing workshops or designed for your specific requirements.

Topics can range from learning more about your camera (DSLR, Bridge, Compact System or smartphone) improving composition, or photographing subjects that are new to you. Furthermore we can also help you with specialist topics such as digital photo editing in Adobe Photoshop Elements or Capture One.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

We are happy to provide a personalised Gift Certificate when you book a One-to-One Experience Day for someone else. Simply contact us with the recipient's name once you have completed the booking.  There are 'open dated' options listed for gift One-to-One Experience Days - dated 25th December - right at the bottom of the workshop list below. If you book one of these we we will email you the certificate containing the details of the experience, and how the recipient can book their preferred date and venue.

LOAN CAMERA

A loan camera can be arranged free of charge.  Let us know during the discussion about your requirements or tick the loan camera box during the booking process.  

LOCATION

Our One-to-One Experience Days can be arranged at one of the regular London locations which we use or a suitable place which is familiar to you. Our regular locations include:

• Brick Lane

• Camden (great for street photography and access to the canal)

• Greenwich (including Cutty Sark, Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich Market and Greenwich Park)

• Hall Place & Gardens, Bexley

• Hylands Estate (Chelmsford)

• London Bridge & Borough Market

• Morden Hall Park, Morden

• Painshill Park, Cobham

• Regent's Park

• Southbank

Our tutors can also visit you at your home and work with your computer, software, printer and photography equipment to tailor it for your needs and help you make the best of it.

TIME

Our One-to-One Experiences are normally offered on weekdays and run from 10am to 1pm but we are happy to adjust these times to suit you.

COSTS

The cost of our One-to-One Photography Experiences vary depending on duration, venue selected, entry charges (if applicable) and any travelling expenses for the tutor. An indication of cost is provided below and a final quotation, including any additional costs, will be agreed with you before you book. In most cases there will be no additional charge for your tutor's travelling expenses unless the distance is greater than 40 miles.

The cost will be between £150 and £250 depending on whether a weekday or weekend day is chosen, as well as the duration, selected location and the number of people attending, and are offered subject to the availability of the tutor and the location/venue.  A second person may be able to join free** of charge, excluding any applicable location/venue entry fees or tutor travelling expenses. **Does not apply to our 3 hour refresher sessions which are priced at £150 (weekday) or £200 (weekend); an additional person and or upto 3 additional hours are available for a £50 supplement, or the street photography mentoring sessions with Sara Melhuish. Contact us for more details.
