This workshop will have a maximum of 5 students and will last between 5-6 hours starting at 10am set within the beautiful grounds of Tatton Park, Cheshire.
This is a relaxed, day long workshop where we banish jargon and explain in plain English how to use manual mode like a pro and take your photos from great to spectacular, simply by deploying your secret weapon, which is composition.
Mastering manual on your camera will allow you to shoot landscapes with filters, create landscapes with 'smooth water' or moving clouds, photograph fireworks, light trails, and images at night. A strong command of composition will put you head and shoulders above the rest and will transform an ordinary image into something that you'd be proud to put on your wall.
We use a mixture of theory and practical throughout the day to help you understand how, why, and when to use manual mode use examples to help you understand the rules of composition. This workshop is both formal learning and field based and you'll leave with plenty of useful reference materials.
A DSLR is available to borrow on the day, subject to availability - please contact Andy on 07979 273683 before booking.
