Brownsea Island, Corfe Castle & Arne

Poole is the perfect base for this wildlife based residential course.  It is not far from the stunning Corfe Castle and nearby Arne Nature Reserve, but also the Travelodge on Lifeboat Quay is a short walk along the waterfront to where we catch the boat for the trip across to Brownsea Island and can spend the whole day photographing the birdlife including Spoonbills, and the iconin Avocets which are the symbol of the RSPB.  In addition the island is a sanctuary for a population of red squirrels.
