BOOKINGS

Availability of places on our workshops is updated regularly, so if the number of places remaining does not appear you can be sure that there are 4 or more places available.

1. Reserve Your Place

Please email to reserve your place(s) by clicking on the email address below, stating:

the workshop and date you would like to book
the number of places required
your address & contact 'phone number
your preferred method of payment - see Item 3 below.

If you can't email by clicking on the above link, please copy and paste the address into your email software, or telephone 07970 427381 to make your booking.

2. Print and Send your Booking Form

3. Payments - Cheque, BACS, PayPal or Voucher

If you reserve your place 7 days or more in advance of the workshop, you can pay by:

Cheque - posted with your Booking Form
BACS* transfer - and return your booking form by email or post.
PayPal - using your credit or debit card through PayPal (no PayPal account required). If you wish to pay by PayPal, please tell us when making your initial reservation and we will email you a PayPal invoice for immediate payment. Please note that there is a £1 surcharge for PayPal payments.
Going Digital Gift Voucher - if you already have a voucher, you can use it in part or full payment.

For bookings less than 7 days in advance of the workshop, we will ask you to pay by PayPal.

* Please note that BACS transfers take 3-4 working days to clear.

What Happens Next

When we receive your initial email or 'phone call, we will reserve your place(s) - which we will hold for 7 days - and send you an email confirming your reservation.

Joining Instructions

When we receive your completed booking form and payment*, we will email confirmation that we have reserved your place(s) and send you detailed joining instructions for your chosen workshop.

If for any reason you don't receive our email of joining instructions, you can find them on this website, by going to the page for the appropriate venue, e.g. Clumber Park (a link to all venues can be found on the UK Map and Venues page), and scrolling to the bottom of the page, where you will find a link to the joining instructions for that venue.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are forced to cancel a workshop we will offer you the choice of an available place on any of our future workshops, or a full refund.

If you cancel your booking(s) - we regret that refunds or transfers to other workshops can only be given if we are able to fill your place(s).

Trip Cancellation Insurance – If you are travelling to the area especially for a workshop, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. We are not able to vary from our stated refund policy regardless of your situation.

Note - The course leaders and organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss of, or damage to, equipment during these workshops.

Your Privacy

We will contact you by email where possible, and otherwise by mail, but we ask for your telephone number on booking forms in case we have to contact you urgently - we will not otherwise contact you by telephone.

We will send you email messages with details of forthcoming workshops, but you can opt out of these mailings at any time.

Under 16's

Please note that under 16's must be accompanied by an adult throughout the workshop.
