Current UK Franchise Opportunities

We don't currently have any franchise regions for sale, but if you'd like to register your interest with us, we'd be happy to contact you should a region become available.  Also our franchisees may have openings for tutors in your area, and several of our franchisees have initially joined us as tutors before going on to purchase their own territory, so once again please contact us.

Please get in touch with us, using our Contact Form, with a summary of your previous experience (please see below for more information) or telephone Jan Hunter on 07970 427381 for more details.

How much can I expect to earn?

The majority of our franchisees enjoy turnover in the range of £4,000 to £5,500 per month, with excellent profitability

How much will the franchise cost?

You will not have to make a massive investment, however the cost of a franchise will depend on the turnover history of the region you're purchasing. You will also pay 10% of your ongoing turnover, and a 2% marketing and development levy. We will be working closely with you to ensure that your franchise enjoys the same success as our other regions.

What Experience Do I Need?

Ideally you should possess some or all of the following qualities & experience:

  • entrepreneurial flair

  • photography (either as a keen amateur or professional photographer with a good portfolio of images)

  • teaching in a school or college or training in a commercial organisation

  • sales or marketing

  • running your own business

If you meet the above criteria, we'd be pleased to hear from you.

Potential to Cover Your Setup Costs in Less Than Six Months

As you will be taking over an established region, you will benefit from proven turnover and profitability figures.

Photography Growing in Popularity

Demand for our workshops is increasing steadily, due to the popularity of digital cameras, and DSLR's in particular, since they became much more affordable.   Many people choose to attend two, three or even more of our workshops and recommend us to their friends and family.

What are Going Digital Workshops?

Our one-day workshops offer photography training to leisure photographers, from 'get to know your camera' workshops for beginners or students with a new camera through themed workshops such as landscape and portrait photography, to more advanced subjects. Students numbers are kept low (not more than 10 people per tutor) to ensure that everyone benefits from personal tuition. A typical day includes:

  • a presentation to set the scene for the day

  • familiarising the students with the features of their camera that they will be using throughout the day

  • two photography sessions

  • a review of the students' photographs using a computer, projector and screen

Taking on a Master Franchise
There would be a requirement for you to come to the UK and spend time with our team (at your cost), learning about and understanding our systems and methods of operation.
There is an initial fee paid by the Licensee to the Going Digital Limited, which covers the drafting of the contractual agreement, licensing the trademark, intellectual property, training materials and systems manual required to replicate our UK operation. Thereafter, the Licensee pays the Licensor a percentage on any new franchise agreements in the territory and a percentage of the ongoing commissions.

What will it cost?
As our costs will vary from country to country, please get in touch with us using our Contact form, or telephone Jan Hunter on 07970 427381 for an informal discussion.
