Jan Slack - East MidlandsThe Going Digital business was begun by Jan following a short time teaching digital photography at local colleges. The courses rarely met students' needs, as they were mainly about editing rather than learning to take good photos. Consequently students were spending far too much time at the computer instead of enjoying their photography. Jan's aim is to show people how easy it can be to take good photographs that need only minor adjustments on computer. She has used a digital camera for six years (currently Canon SLR and compact cameras) and enjoys photographing action and animal portraits. Read Jan's diary and see more of her photos. | ![]() |
