Going Digital's photography workshops at Anglesey Abbey include practical photographic sessions in the beautiful and varied grounds and gardens surrounding the Abbey.

In addition to the striking Jacobean architecture of the Abbey itself, the gardens and grounds cover some 98 acres and offer our photography students an ever changing palette of scenery throughout the year so there is always some photographic inspiration to be found.

Seasonal photographic highlights include thousands of snowdrops that appear in the Abbey grounds in late January and February and the richly scented rose garden that comes into its own in June and July. Throughout summer the walled garden's herbaceous border offers striking vibrant colour. The woodland and wildlife areas offer autumnal colour and structure in winter alongside the traditional mill on the river and the attractive Abbey buildings and features.

Anglesey Abbey is situated just 5 miles away from the historic city of Cambridge and accessed from the Park and Ride roundabout off the A14 not far from the M11 junction.
