Our workshops have been developed to cover the needs of photographers of all levels. We aim to make photography in general, and your camera in particular, easy to understand.
We have a very good tutor to student ratio with a maximum of 10 students per tutor, so you will have expert advice throughout the day.
We begin each workshop by showing you how to use your camera to take professional-looking photos. You will usually have two practical photography sessions and the opportunity to review and discuss your photos.
First find your Level, then click on a Workshop Title for a full description, venues, dates and prices. Then click on the Book Now link next to the date and venue of your choice, and follow the instructions.
| Level | Workshop Title | Level 1 You use your camera on Auto mode, or you are a more experienced photographer (possibly moving from film) but have a new camera and would like advice on getting the best from it. Level 2 You have attended a Level 1 workshop, or you are already familiar with the basic features and menus of your camera and would like to learn more about the features of your camera and other skills in relation to a particular type of photography, e.g. how to take good landscape photos. Level 3 You have attended one or more related Level 2 workshop, or have a good understanding of depth of field and exposure compensation, and wish to learn how to take correctly exposed photos in more challenging conditions, and gain a full understanding of how your camera works, particularly in relation to difficult subjects.
