


This workshop is designed for anyone completely new to portrait photography and will show you how to get good portrait shots outdoors or indoors using natural light. Our aim is to show you how to take photographs that require only minimal adjustments or editing in Photoshop/Elements. Composing a good photograph that flatters your subject is as important as using your camera correctly. The day includes advice on how to get the best from your subjects, relaxing them and making your photos look natural, composition and use of light to give you professional-looking portrait photos.
This workshop includes two practical photographic sessions, and an opportunity to review your photos as a group.
This workshop is suitable for compact and SLR cameras. To get the best out of this workshop you will require a tripod (full height).
Optional equipment - reflector, remote shutter release.
