She specialises in weddings, lighting, portraiture and lifestlye photography and is generally to be found in her studio somewhere between softboxes, props and backdrops.  She has also been known to venture out early in the morning or late at night to capture a stunning land or seascape or two.

Starting off on a Going Digital course with a very basic camera more years ago than she cares to remember, she got the bit beween her teeth and now teaches the majority of courses in the East Midlands, very ably assisted by Charmagne, Sophie or Katrina.

Her work takes her all over the UK and abroad, she has a particluar fondness for shoes, champagne and the seaside and is mum to two much photographed rescue dogs.

A decision to change her career,  with the idea of gaining more family time, more time to create and to discover past hobbies and interests found her attending a number of the Going Digital courses as part of this process and found herself hooked. Suddenly her DSLR made sense, she was able to be more creative with the photos that she took and gained a better understanding behind how to take better photos. Through the Going Digital courses, help from a dedicated and engaging tutor, listening to feedback and joining the GD community she has continued to grow her photography skills.
She works as a freelance photographer and assists with various Going Digital workshops.
