Tredegar House is one of the most magnificent 17th century country houses in Britain and one of the architectural wonders of Wales.
For over 500 years, it was the ancestral home of one of the greatest Welsh families, the Morgans, later Lords Tredegar, until they left in 1951.
The house is situated within 90 acres of beautiful gardens and parkland. The gardens at Tredegar House are one of the finest sets of historic, formal gardens in Wales with a stunning lake and along with this delightful red brick 17th century house with its outstanding features, provides a unique photographic opportunity for our workshops.
We have been running our beginners photography courses here for a number of yeras now. Recently we have added close up and macro photography courses as well as our introduction to portrait photography. Nearby in Port Talbot we run our very popular 3 day photography event which includes opportunity to improve your Landscape, water, and low light photography.
